SLEEP CARE, CLOSE TO HOME

Your sleep deserves
attention.

Restless nights and tired days can affect your routine. Our clinic evaluates sleep concerns and helps patients understand the next step in their care.

Snoring & sleep apnea

Loud snoring, pauses in breathing, or waking up gasping are reasons to discuss your sleep with a healthcare provider.

Difficulty sleeping

Care for concerns about falling asleep, staying asleep, or waking earlier than you would like.

Daytime sleepiness

Evaluation of excessive sleepiness, including concerns about hypersomnia and narcolepsy.

Restless sleep & movements

Assessment of sleep-related movement concerns and uncomfortable sensations that disrupt rest.

Unusual sleep behaviors

Help evaluating parasomnias—unusual movements, experiences, or behaviors associated with sleep.

Overnight sleep studies

An in-lab study records information about your sleep for a physician to review.

YOUR SLEEP STUDY

More understanding.
Less uncertainty.

Knowing what to expect can make the next step feel easier. Here is how an overnight sleep study generally works.

Talk about your sleep

Your provider reviews your concerns and decides whether testing is appropriate. Call our office about referrals and scheduling.

Understand the overnight study

Removable sensors record sleep activity, breathing, oxygen levels, heart rate, and movement while you sleep.

Review your results

A physician reviews the study. Your care team discusses the findings and any recommended next steps.
